All Outagamie County Dog Owners must comply with Chapter 174 of the Wiscosnin Statutes.  All dogs in the Town of Seymour must be licensed and have proof of vaccination.

$8.00 fee for male/female.  $3.00 fee for spayed/neutered.  Payment by check only.  Submit by mail to Town of Seymour Treasurer, W1866 Linsmeyer Rd, Seymour, WI 54165, with proof of vaccination along with a self-address stamped envelope.
