The Board of Review for the Town of Seymour, Outagamie County, Wisconsin, hereby provides its written notice and agenda for its upcoming public meeting on October 2nd, 2024 at 4:30 pm at N9296 State rd 55, Seymour. 

Agenda

  1. Call Board of Review to order
  2. Roll Call
  3. Appoint Chair
  4. Appoint Vice-chair
  5. Appoint BOR Clerk
  6. DOR was notified that the necessary training was completed.
  7. Confirm appropriate BOR notices in compliance with state law.
  8. The Town has an ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law (sec.70.47(7)af.
  9. The town has an ordinance regarding sworn telephone and sworn written testimony.
  10. Assessor presents the assessment roll and affidavit.
  11. Final report is reviewed.
  12. Swear in the Assessors and anyone present that will testify.

     13.Objection Hearings: (Start at 5:00pm)

  1. BOR deliberations and roll call vote on each objection heard.
